Keranouat is the name given to this segment of Plage de Trégunc, which is a continuous beach several kilometers long. Naturism is officially authorized here, on a part of the beach backed by a small lake.

The nude beach is often called Plage de Kerouiny, although technically Kerouiny seems to be a segment of beach south of Keranouat. Both Kerouiny and Keranouat are sector names of one continuous beach.
