Of the handful of nude beaches pinpointed on Île d'Oléron, this one is the farthest removed. Although well attended, the beach is also quiet, remote and wild. It is also the preferred gay beach of the island.

The nude area is a 10-minute walk from the parking lot, where a signboard indicates the location of the naturist zone.
