The hamlet of Červar and the larger, modern resort village of Červar-Porat are about a kilometer apart, and both are part of the conglomeration of villages that comprise the municipality of Poreč. To the west of Červar and Červar-Porat, there is a large expanse of olive tree groves. Beyond the groves, there is an informal nude beach that is visited mostly by gay men. This beach is a free-access alternative to the nude beach at Ulika Camping, the large naturist resort that is less than a kilometer to the south.

To find the nude beach, your starting point should be the hamlet of Červar, which is about 5 kilometers north of the town center of Poreč. At the north end of Červar, there is a turnoff (pinpointed) to Ulika. If you are coming from the south (heading north), you will have just passed through Červar when you reach the Ulika turnoff, which will be a sharp left. If you are coming from the north (heading south), the Ulika turnoff will be a fork just before Červar, and you should keep to the right, not going through the center of Červar.

Once you are on the Ulika road, head southwest just 150 meters, then take the next possible right turn onto an unpaved road. You will then be going directly west, heading through the olive tree groves. In 600-700 meters, keep to the right at a fork. After the fork, you will driving alongside a small bay toward a small peninsula, with the water on your left-hand side. After another 600-700 meters, you will reach an informal parking area on the narrowest part of the peninsula. After parking, go the side of the peninsula that faces the open sea. Facing the water, go to your right (north) beyond the textiles. You will reach the start of the informal nude area in a few hundred meters.
