Sveti Nikola (St. Nicholas) is a small car-free island that is very close to the mainland. It has a circumference of just 1.5 kilometers, and it is less than 500 meters directly west of the large marina in the town of Poreč. The main feature of Sveti Nikola is the Fortuna Island Hotel, which faces Poreč. There is a small and rather obscure nude area on the opposite side of the island.

Sveti Nikola can be reached by shuttle boat from the seafront promenade of Poreč. It is a short ride, with service every half hour. To find the nude area, assume you are standing on the paved walkway in front of the hotel, facing the water. Go to your right. At the end of the hotel, immediately past the walled swimming pool area, turn right on another paved walkway. (Going straight ahead would lead directly to the textile beach, shaded in green.) Follow the walkway through the trees. After about 250 meters, cut through the trees to the rocky shoreline and you will be in the nude area, where "FKK" is painted on the rocks. The nude area covers just 100 or so meters. If you keep following the walkway, you'll reach the ground of Isabella Castle, a 19th-century mansion now run as a small hotel.

Considering that the vicinity of Poreč has no shortage of naturist campgrounds with publicly accessible nude beaches, it is not necessarily worthwhile to visit Sveti Nikola solely as a naturist destination. The nude beach of Sveti Nikola is not known to be particularly popular.
