Punta Križ is a small peninsula that is about 5 kilometers north of the town center of Rovinj. The rocky shoreline is visited mostly by nudists and is very popular with gay men. The nudist tradition here is doubtlessly owing to the peninsula being surrounded by large naturist resorts. Valalta is just east of the peninsula, and Koversada is to the north, across the mouth of the inlet. The closest resort is to the south, and it is shaded in pink for reference. This resort is currently a textile establishment called Amarin, but until 2005 it was operated as a naturist resort (called "Monsena" at the time).

Access to the beach is by following signs to Amarin. Continuing through the roundabout at the entrance to Amarin, the road soon becomes unpaved. About 700 meters farther, you'll reach an area of seaside shack-like cafés. Continuing northward, the road ends about 500 meters farther, directly in the nude area.
