The yellow sunburst symbol generally indicates swimming establishments that have designated nude sunbathing areas. Note that there is NO NUDE SWIMMING at these locations. Most of these establishments are Freibäder (Freibad in the singular form), which are public outdoor swimming complexes that are open during warmer months. Freibäder in German-speaking Europe are often elaborate affairs with multiple pools, water slides, sunbathing lawns and other amenities, and there is typically a small entry fee. While you will have to wear something for swimming, at some Freibäder part of the lawn or another area like a rooftop terrace is designated for nude sunbathing, and these areas are usually marked with "FKK" signs. The FKK areas are typically shielded from view by hedges, fences or other barriers.
