Krumme Lanke is a linear "finger" lake located near the southeastern edge of Forst Grunewald in part of Berlin called Zehlendorf, about 19 kilometers southwest of the city center. The meadow at the southeastern corner of the lake is popular with sunbathers, both nude and textile. Usually, about half or just under half the crowd is naked.

This meadow is one of two gathering spots along the lake. The other area, at the north end, is entirely textile.

There is a snack stand located just outside the meadow, at the corner of Fischerhüttenstrasse and Elvirasteig.
