This gravel pit area is located just north of Attenhausen. Of the four quarry lakes here, the southeastern lake is a popular meeting place for nudists. Sunbathing and bathing around the lake are exclusively nude. Depending on the shoreline, there are green lawns (south and west) or gravel and crushed stone areas (north and east). Due to the rocky areas, bringing a firm mat or a lounger is recommended. The lake is somewhat secluded and therefore particularly quiet and idyllic, with impeccable water quality. The other three neighboring lakes are exclusively used by clothed bathers, even though their isolation would invite nude sunbathing.
