Das Lössnitzbad is a former gravel pit that has been developed into a Naturbad, or natural swimming pond. It is maintained and operated like a huge public swimming pool. The entry is at the north end of the pond, and there is a designated FKK beach and swimming area toward the far southern end of the pond. Das Lössnitzbad is open from mid-May to mid-September, with an entry fee of a few euros per person.
