There are designated FKK zones on both ends of the town of Kühlungsborn, and this placemark pinpoints the beach on the west side of town. The beach is accessed via a short path next to a medical center called Ostseeklinik Kühlungsborn. At the end of the path, there are beach chairs on the part of the beach that abuts the clinic. Facing the sea, turn left and you'll almost immediately reach the start of the FKK area. The FKK beach abuts a complex of abandoned military structures. While the official FKK zone extends westward about 500 meters, nudity occurs over a much greater distance since the next automobile access to the beach is nearly 3 kilometers down the coast.
