The Riedseen are a cluster of small lakes that are baggerseen—that is, flooded gravel pits. One of the lakes has been developed into a recreation area with a campground and a textile beach. A short stretch of forest separates this lake from another much smaller and more secluded lake that is visited by nudists.

The FKK lake is roughly square shaped, and each side is under 200 meters long, so you can walk around the perimeter in about 10 minutes. There are grassy meadows along the north and east sides.

Be sure not to be naked away from the FKK lake. In the mid 00's, the visibility of nudists in other areas of the Riedseen generated complaints that led to an effort to ban nudity, which the town council narrowly rejected.
