Ausee and Angersee are small, adjacent lakes with a combined circumference of just over a kilometer. These lakes are within the municipality of Baiersdorf, about half an hour's drive north of Nürnberg, and they are located on an island of sorts formed by the river Regnitz (to the east) and the Rhine–Main–Danube Canal (to the west). The northwestern part of Ausee is a popular FKK area. The lakes are equipped with toilets, but there are no food concessions. There is a parking fee.
