Brombachsee is a lake in central Bavaria, about 50 kilometers southwest of Nürnberg. The lake is divided into two sections by the pinpointed causeway. To the east of the causeway is Grosser Brombachsee (grosser = larger). To the west of the causeway is Kleiner Brombachsee (kleiner = smaller).

On the north shore of Kleiner Brombachsee, just west of the causeway, is a small beach that is a signed and designated FKK area. The beach is about 80 meters long and consists of a grassy lawn and a band of thick sand at the waterline. Access is exceptionally easy. After parking, you literally walk a few paces through the trees that shield the beach from the road, then you are there.
