Kennel-Bad is a small recreation lake located on the south side of the small city of Braunschweig, which is often called "Brunswick" in English. The south side of the lake is the location of a sandy textile beach. The west side of the lake is designated for nudists. The FKK area, which is shaded in light red, is shielded by trees, but there is access to the water for nude swimming. A food concession is located along the lakeshore walkway at the dividing line between the textile and FKK areas. The entrance fee is €2 per person.

Kennel-Bad abuts Richmond Park, a city park that includes Schloss Richmond (pinpointed), a mansion that dates to the 1760's.
