Kronensee is a small recreation lake located about 22 kilometers northeast of Osnabrück, which is the third largest city in Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen). The west end of the lake has camping and beach amenities.

The parking lot is located next to the sandy textile beach, which faces a sheltered bay of the lake. Restrooms, showers and a restaurant are located next to the textile beach. Standing on the sandy beach and facing the water, turn to your right and follow the shoreline. First you'll pass by a lakeshore area designated for visitors who bring their dogs (Hundestrand). Beyond the dog beach lies a spacious FKK meadow with access to the lakeshore. The FKK area is separated from the other areas by a fence and a hedge.

There is an entry fee of several euros per person.
