Blaue Adria is a small lake located west of the town of Altrip. The purple line outlines the shoreline of the actual Blaue Adria, but the other small lakes and ponds are often collectively called Blaue Adria as well. The sandy beach next to Hotel & Restaurant Darstein is textile. From the middle of this beach, a spit of land extends westward. This narrow, sandy peninsula is the main gathering place for nudists. There is also a long, narrow island that runs perpendicular to the spit. This island mainly draws gay men. There is also another peninsula that extends directly in front of the hotel, and it may draw a few nudists as well. All three nudists areas are pinpointed. There are restrooms and a snack stand on the textile beach.
