Kedros Beach, on the south coast of Donoussa, is the next beach east of the village beach at the ferry landing in Stavros (a.k.a. Donoussa town). Kedros is 150 meters long, and it is a popular free camping site, so during high season the beach is lined with tents. Nudists and textiles freely mix on the entire length of the beach, and nude camping is also acceptable. There is a taverna directly behind the beach (where clothing is required).
Donoussa is a small island—among the smallest of the Cyclades— that is roughly 5 kilometers across from one extreme to the other. It has just a tiny population and limited accommodations and services, but there are some rooms for rent in Stavros. Many visitors come to camp on the beach (primitive camping, that is). Ferry service to the island is limited. Ferries run about three times a week. Considering the limited accommodations that are available, you should arrange your accommodations in advance if you don't have camping gear. The website Donoussa.gr is a good starting point for arranging your visit.
As you might expect, Donoussa is free of mass tourism. The island and its nude beach are popular with youthful visitors who don't mind roughing it a bit. Most people get around on foot or by moped. While Kedros is the only established nude beach, there are a number of tiny coves throughout the island where nudity is possible. The above-referenced website describes Kedros as a nude beach and lists four beaches where swimwear should be worn. Everything else is potentially nudist, with discretion.
