Halikiada Beach (often spelled "Chalikiada") is a picturesque and undeveloped beach of about 100 meters located beneath a sheer orange-colored cliff. Although it is a short walk from Skala, the tourist center of the island of Agistri, it is off the radar of most tourists. Nudists predominate at this beach, which has no amenities at all. Halikiada has a strong counterculture presence, and the beach is usually lined with small tents, lending it a bit of a shanty-town aura. A bit of clambering is required to get down the cliff to the beach, but it will not be a problem for those who are reasonably fit. Although the beach is not everyone's cup of tea, it is a rare island nude beach that is close enough to the mainland to be a reasonable day-trip destination.
If you have a spare day in Athens and you want a little of the Greek Islands nude beach experience, you can visit Halikiada Beach as a day trip without having to spend a lot of money or rent your own transportation. The Athens Metro Line 1 (the green line) goes to the huge port of Pireaus, where there is high-speed ferry service to Skala on the northern coast of Agistri. There is ferry service six times a day. Allowing for a metro ride of 30 minutes, a ferry trip of 45 minutes and a walk of 20 minutes, you could be potentially be naked on an island beach within two hours of departing the center of Athens, allowing about €35 for combined round-trip metro and ferry fares. If you take the ferry that departs the earliest returns the latest, you'll have about ten hours on the island.
