Cap-aux-Oies is a headland on the north bank of the broad St. Lawrence River. On the north and east side of the headland is a bay that extends about 1.5 kilometers. At high tide, there is a narrow sandy beach around the bay. At low tide, the bay becomes a mud flat. The bay is surrounded by beautiful forested hills.

The northeast end of the beach is customarily considered clothing optional. Crowds of nudists are typically small, and we do not know of any anti-nudity hassles. Facing the river, from the parking area walk left about 700 meters before disrobing. This site is about 115 kilometers northeast of Québec City.
