Spiaggia di Porto Ferro is a sandy beach that is just over one kilometer long, set in a beautiful bay. The beach is notable for its three crumbling medieval stone towers One tower is on a rocky outcropping at the south end of the bay. The other two towers are at the north end of the bay: one is near sea level; the other is high atop a headland. All three towers are pinpointed.

While nudity does take place on Porto Ferro, it happens within fairly proscribed circumstances. In July and August, the entirety of the beach is simply too crowded with textiles for nudity to take place. If you wish to take your chances here during peak season, try a weekday instead of a weekend.

Outside of peak season, discreet nudity occurs toward the north end of the beach. The main area of the beach ends at the stone tower that is just above sea level. Continuing beyond this tower, there are several tiny coves that collectively span less than 200 meters, and nudity is also possible at these coves.
