Ada Bojana is an island at the extreme south of the Montenegrin coast, bordering Albania. The island has a distinct triangular shape, with each side roughly 3 kilometers long. The island is formed by a splitting of the river Bojana as it approaches the sea. Each fork of the river forms one side of the triangle, while the sea forms the third side. Except for the bungalows that line one fork of the river, the only development on the island is a naturist resort that is also called Ada Bojana. Practically the entire island can be considered nudist, but most of the island is forested and marshy.

A 2010 New York Times article describes the Ada Bojana resort as a "faded nudist camp popular with Germans." Hundreds of guests can be accommodated in the hotel rooms, bungalows and campsites of the resort, but the resort does not maintain a website, making it a bit of a challenge to find online information. Booking information can be found through ulcinjska-rivijera.com, and a posting on adriaforum.com has extensive and recent photos (from 2010) of the facilities, but the text is in German. If you are considering a visit, try searching "Ada Bojana" on sites like Trip Advisor. Day visitors can enter the resort property to go to the beach.

The area shaded in green is the side of the island that is lined with private houses, and that area is textile. The area shaded in red encompasses the facilities of the naturist resort as well as the part of the beach where most visitors congregate, and the arrow indicates that nudity is also possible farther along on the unpopulated part of the beach. The unshaded part of the island is devoid of people and structures, so nudity is presumed to be acceptable.

To get to Ada Bojana, start in the town of Ulcinj. Follow the panels indicating "Rijeka Bojana" (Bojana River) and "Velika Plaža" (Long Beach). The "long beach" is the 10-kilometer-long sandy beach that extends southeastward from Ulcinj. This is a very popular area, and the beach is divided into multiple public beach clubs, many with English names. On the south end of Ulcinj, you will cross a short bridge over the Milena harbor (recognizable for the fishing shacks built over the water), then you will be in the Velika Plaža area. You will begin to go by turnoffs into the various beach clubs. The larger of these are, in order along the coast: Miami, Bukuria e Ulqinit, Safari, Tropicana, MCM, Noki and Copacabana. At 6.7 kilometers past the Milena bridge, Copacabana is the last of the beach clubs. Continue another 4 kilometers past the Copacabana turnoff, then you will reach a sign indicating that Ada is to the right and Rijeka Bojana is straight ahead. Turn right toward Ada. Follow the Ada road through the forest about 1.2 kilometers and you will reach a bridge over one fork of the Bojana in an area that is lined with riverside bungalows. Cross the bridge and shortly you will reach a gate with a "Nudistički Centar" sign on one side and an "FKK Ada Bojana" sign on the other. An entry fee is collected at the gate. The resort and beach are at the end of the road, about one kilometer past the gate.
