Karpinjan is the name of the small peninsula that is across the bay from the main part of the town of Novigrad. Facing the water at the Novigrad marina, go to the right on the coastal path, heading in a mostly westerly direction. After a kilometer or so you'll reach an "FKK" sign pointing toward the nude area.
