Playa de Lumebó is a small, beautiful, boulder-strewn beach that is cut into a steep hillside. It is separated by a headland from Playa de Doniños, a much larger textile beach to the north. Looking toward the ocean from the pinpointed parking area atop the headland, Doniños is easily visible to your right. Lumebó is tucked away to your left (south), and access is tricky. This is not a beach to visit if you are not up for the physical challenge of boulder scrambling. The beach mostly disappears during high tide, at which time it should be avoided. Due to the access difficultly, the beach is uncrowded, and most visitors go nude.
