We visited Kanali Beach at the end of September 2017. A short walk from Lourdata along the foreshore. It is also accessible from a road (goat track), footpath and steps inland from the beach. This route is short but in places is very steep. It can also be reached by walking from Trapezaki beach along the foreshore. Again not too difficult a route although the rocks are a little trickier to negotiate. Kanali is a lovely secluded sand and white pebble beach. As might be expected, the beach has no facilities. Beyond the waterline the sea bed shelves gradually and is mostly soft sand. It is good for swimming and entering the water is easy. Wet shoes are not necessary, but as there are a few patches of pebbles, may be preferred​ or simply look for an entry point that is all sand. There seems to be three sections of beach separated by rocks. When we visited naturists were present on all three sections with the centre section being more popular and almost entirely naturist.
