Playa de Trengandín is a beach that is nearly 4 kilometers long. The west end abuts Noja, and the central area is next to Helgueras. These areas of the beach are populated with textiles. Going east, the beach becomes more sparsely populated and ends at a prominent headland called Monte del Brusco. Nudity is common toward the eastern end of the beach.
