This unofficial zone of nude use extends about 500 meters and goes by many names since three communes have boundaries here. (You can see from the markers that Ghyvelde has a tiny sliver of coastline. We've placed these boundary markers to make sense of the name confusion.) If you come across a reference to a nude beach at Leffrinckoucke, Ghyelde, Zuydcoote, Bray-Dunes or even Dunkerque... it's all the same place, and this is it.

Access to the nude beach is via parking either in Leffrinckoucke or Zuydcoote.

Nudity is not officially permitted, but there seems to be no enforcement. This beach is mostly gay and draws quite a few border crossers from Belgium, which is just a few kilometers away.

This site is about 1.5 kilometers from either of the pinpointed parking lots.
