Praia da Adraga is an especially scenic beach that stretches 500 meters at the base of a rocky bluff. The beach lies within Parque Natural de Sintra-Cascais. Most of Adraga is textile, but walk north past the collection of large rocks at the waterline and you'll often encounter a small number of nudists. The nude area, which is rocky and much narrower than the main body of the beach, is just 100 or so meters in length. The sandy strip between the rocks and the waterline mostly disappears at high tide.

Adraga is generally uncrowded due to the limited capacity of the parking lot. The lot is often full in summer, especially on weekends. There is a restaurant next to the parking lot.
