This is a somewhat amorphous nudist hangout along Clear Creek. There is not a single parking or gathering place. At 5 miles from the start of Clear Creek Road in Redding, park, go to the river and explore the sandbars and the rocky areas a bit upstream (west).

This site is locally well-known as a nudist gathering place that draws a mostly but not exclusively gay crowd. However, the land is now under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management and has been under scrutiny by both the BLM and the sheriff's office. Nudity could get you into trouble. Be forewarned, be discreet and assess the crowd before you drop your shorts. Visitors also warn of the presence of rowdy teens—textile, of course—who are potential gay bashers. They show up late in the day.
