Congwong Beach and Little Congwong Beach are neighboring beaches on Congwong Bay in the suburb of La Perouse, about 15 kilometers south of downtown Sydney. Both beaches are within Botany Bay National Park. Congwong Bay itself is a small sub-bay of huge Botany Bay, and Congwong lies on the north side of Botany nears its mouth to the ocean. Congwong Beach is a small textile beach, about 150 meters long, that abuts the hubbub of La Perouse. If you walk across the beach then follow the walkway across the rocks through the forest for a few hundred meters, you will reach a somewhat smaller beach called Little Congwong. Although Little Congwong is not officially designated for clothing-optional use, nudity is very well established and tolerated without hassles. Most visitors go nude. Little Congwong is the only well-established nude beach on the south end of Sydney. While there are no amenities on the beach, there are toilets near the parking area, and there are also restaurants close at hand in easy walking distance of the parking area.

From Little Congwong, you have great views across the small bay to tiny Bare Island, which is connected to the mainland via a footbridge. Despite its proximity to a nude beach, "bare" in this case refers to a relative lack of vegetation, and it is the site of an historic military fort.
