The beach of Friedrichskoog faces the tidal flats of the North Sea. The sandy part of the beach is always waterlogged, so the large green lawn behind the beach is where beach chairs are set up. The beach is about 1.5 kilometers long, and part of it is designated for FKK use. We are not able to precisely pinpoint the FKK sector, so this placemark pinpoints the approximate midpoint of the beach. The directions below lead to the largest beach parking area. This lot is next to the tourist information center, where you can inquire about the precise location of the FKK area.

Koogstrasse is a straight ahead continuation of route L144. It ends at a "T" junction with Süderdeich/Strandweg, at which point there is a large parking lot next to the beach. The lot is at coordinates 54.0292, 8.8388 (Map It).
